Return and refund policy.

Our return- and refund policy was last updated on the 01/14-2020.

You can return a product for up to 3 months from the date you received it. If you wish to return a product, you must return it in the same condition you received it in and in the original packaging. The packaging is a significant part of the value of the product, which means that the product will not be considered returned in the same condition you received it in, if the original packaging is missing. It is the customers responsibility to securely package and ship the product back to us and therefor we recommend you save the original packaging until you are sure you want to keep the product. Furthermore, we ask you to please add a copy of your order confirmation with the returned product. In the event of the package being lost, if you haven’t sent it as a value package, shipping will be at your own risk. Once we receive the returned product and it is approved, the purchased price is refunded to your account. The amount will be returned to you immediately after bObles ApS has received the item and has had the opportunity to check the item, which in principle will be done within 14 days of receiving the item. Please notice that it is the costumer’s responsibility to pay for shipping costs and that it is non-refundable.

When you return the item, please state the reason for your return. This is not a requirement, but it facilitates our process and minimizes the return time.

bObles ApS expects you to return the item as quickly as possible after giving notice of the return. You must return the item no later than 3 months after receiving it. 

PLEASE NOTICE:

You can lose the right to your full or partial refund if the product’s value has been decreased because of the following:

  • You have used the product.
  • The product has been damaged while in your care.
  • You have handled the product in an unnecessary way for you to be able to determine the product’s functions and properties.

Your purchase is covered by the law of warranty. This means that, depending on the specific situation, you can either get an item repaired, exchanged, returned, refunded or receive a discount.

Complaints.

It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of improper use of the product.

You need to file the complaint in reasonable time. We recommend you contact us as soon as possible and no later than 2 years after purchase.

We ask you to please add a copy of your receipt with your complaint.

Complaints and shipping costs.

If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund you the shipping costs within reason.

It is the customers responsibility to securely package and ship the product to us and please remember to get a receipt for the shipment, the shipment costs and track and trace number.

Please notice that we do not accept cash on delivery payments.
